Given that assurance, I didn’t bother to check our site the rest of the weekend – and sure enough, when I came in this morning our site was up and running. Superlatives like “awesome” get way overused these days, so I’m careful about using them. IRN – Prompt, courteous and effective managed IT services

Executive Shuttle Service, Inc., has used Indian River Network’s managed IT services for many years. During this relationship, IRN has assisted with all of our IT concerns, including custom server programming and a custom pbx VoIP phone system.
IRN has also assisted with complete networking in our office, installation of new desktop systems and enterprise support for maintaining the integrity of all ESS computers.

Most recently, the competent IRN technician, Ed Cullen, was able to assist with a remote equipment setup, which allowed our dispatcher to continue with her daily work schedule. We were thrilled with this service!.

We have worked with different IRN technicians and always find them to be incredibly experienced — moreso than what we have seen from other companies in the past.

IRN has become an invaluable IT partner and we depend upon them exclusively for their knowledge and expertise.

As the information technology expanded over the last 6-7 years, our medical practice struggled with the demands put on us and found ourselves working with several IT companies. Early in 2012, we made a decision to contract with Indian River Networks. We were not looking for just a local IT expert, we were looking for a company that would assist us in our growth, advise us on software issues, resolve networking and middleware issues, address security, provide backup, etc, etc. After 8 months, Indian River Networks has been available to assist in all of our issues, whether offsite, or onsite, they have become a supportive partner. They are our IT department.

Good Communication

My name is Judy Miller, the Executive Director of Pregnancy Resources. As a nonprofit leader, I understand the technical difficulties that can hinder an agency because of lack of resources to hire professionals for IT services. Well-meaning and good-hearted volunteers, while sometimes capable and willing, aren’t always able to tend to our concerns because of priorities and time-constraints.

One of the greatest blessings to Pregnancy Resources was when Eric Smith, owner of Indian River Networks, offered us his services. He not only met with us to determine our needs, but also followed up regularly to ensure quality and continuing technical support. We feel confident in the backup and security Indian River Networks provides to meets our standards for confidentiality and maintenance of client information.

Even though we are a non-profit and not a big business, we have been treated with respect by the Indian River Networks technicians who “work for us.” They are friendly, prompt and efficient, and they maintain good communication to ensure the work we request has been completed.

I feel Eric is always “looking out for us” in regard to equipment upgrades and service. Willing to answer questions, give advice, and patiently explain things we don’t understand, he is extremely generous with his time and resources.

The last several years of service from Indian River Networks have provided us with consistent IT support, both in quality and reliability, allowing us to focus on our true mission—meeting the needs of our clients.
