We talk about you every morning at our Team Huddle! It’s a standing huddle, wherever we are we stop what we are doing and either walk up front or join the video conference.
Our Team 3 (Network Operations) is just coming off shift and they share any issues that came up over night before they do a shift handoff. Each team member takes a minute to discuss any issues our clients are facing so that the entire team is made aware of what is going on with every client. We call it situational awareness.
